They are currently seeking a New Graduate or skilled Speech Pathologist to join their recently renovated clinic near Mango Hill. Salary ranging from $85,000 - $115,000 Super WFH Option for admin and flexible working hours Tailored caseload to your interests and 30minutes from your home Full time and part time options available! Supportive Work Environment: receive weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision from a professional Speech Pathologist with over 8 years in practice Work-Life Balance: flexible start and finish times, option to work a 9 day fortnight or condense working week Professional Development: A pro-rata allowance of $1000 Bonus Structure: Earn bonuses for exceeding your billable hour targets, with 15% of the charge-out rate and an additional $30 per extra hour. iPad provided Weekly Team meeting with a paid lunch each week! Positive and supportive team culture The Role: You will see 4-5 clients a day (5 billable hours which includes; travel, face to face consults and NDIS report writing), conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, facilitating therapy and writing NDIS reports when required. Support: Access $1000 PD Allowance per year 3 days PD leave Optional weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision with a Senior SP with over 8 years in the industry Flexible start and finish times & opportunity to work a condensed working week or 9 day fortnight if you wish Team Culture: This friendly and supportive team offers weekly online team meetings for networking and training, 1:1 PD with a Senior SP who has worked for more than 8 years, and the opportunity to be a part of a supportive and positive team culture.
